Founder CEO

             Michael Klingen, Founder/Chairman/CEO: Mike is a serial Software Entrepreneur, has over 32 years of experience in researching, inventing, architecting, and developing sophisticated software systems and technologies. He founded Daily Dose Systems in 2018, co-founded Apriva in 1999, and was a co-founder at APPS Software, NetSearch, and iTool. Throughout his career he has applied his expertise in software design and development across more than 30 industries. Mike has over 22 patents issued and 45 more pending in wireless application development, payments, security, natural language processing and addiction recovery management. Mike holds an active U. S. secret security clearance and has worked on many research projects for the NSA and other government agencies. Mike also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Arizona State University.

             Chris Spinella, Corporate Secretary and Consultant: Chris Spinella is an accomplished executive with experience in operations, P&L oversight, product development, multi-channel product distribution, strategy, sales and marketing in start-up, growth and Fortune 500 organizations.  Chris was a Co-Founder/CEO of Apriva, Co-Founder/CEO of APPSware Holdings, Co-Founder/CEO of iTool which was acquired by Onvia, Co-Founder of NetSearch which was acquired by Aether Systems, and Founder/CEO Smart Technologies.  Chris received his BS in Business Administration from Arizona State University where he was awarded the ASU College of Business’ Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award in 2012 and served as Chairman of the ASU Alumni Association in 2011.  Chris also earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School.

 Ethan Bindelglas

MD, Director:

               Ethan Bindelglas, MD, Director: Ethan A. Bindelglas, MD graduated from Sackler school of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Banner University Hospital, Phoenix, AZ. He was a pioneer in the concept of retainer/concierge medicine and founded Arcadia Personal Physicians, which was one of the first concierge practices in the country. Dr. Bindelglas has been involved in over 30 phase II or phase III FDA clinical trials. He is an advisor for the Texas Medical Center innovation hub and currently has been helping guide patients through the complicated process of cancer diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Bindelglas has served as a medical volunteer at the St. Vincent de Paul clinic since 2002 and has volunteered in numerous medical clinics and mobile medical units in Ethiopia, Thailand, Myanmar, Kyrgyzstan, Thailand, Vietnam, Nepal, Indonesia, and Timor Leste. He is currently the Chairman of the Banner Committee for Continuing Inter-professional Education and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Arizona.

Steven Stralser

                Steven Stralser, PhD., Director:  Dr. Stralser is Professor Emeritus of Entrepreneurship at Thunderbird School of Global Management and served on the faculty at the University of Arizona’s nationally-ranked McGuire Entrepreneurship Program. Dr. Stralser is a serial entrepreneur and has served as past-President and Charter Member of TIE-AZ (The Indus Entrepreneurs) the leading globally focused organization that advances entrepreneurship internationally.  Currently Dr. Stralser is a Board member for Flexxcoach, an e-learning company focused on sports coaching education and player development and served on the Board of Salt River Devco, the real estate development arm of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. He was a Fulbright Senior Scholar at The Budapest University of Economic Sciences and lived in Prague and Geneva while teaching in Executive MBA programs. He received a Ph.D. from The University of Michigan where he taught Marketing and Marketing Strategy, a BS in Marketing from The University of Arizona and an MBA from Arizona State University.

Product Designer

          Elizabeth Klingen  Product Designer Lizzy is a Bay Area based designer interested in how human perception influences “good design”. She graduated with a BA in Cognitive Science from UC Berkeley and has worked as both a brand and product designer for startups and large tech companies. Elizabeth will be providing UI/UX design.  I help organizations draw insights to get a more complete view of their users/customers, and ultimately make informed decisions. Part of my role is to always be taking myself out of my comfort zone of what I know, and putting myself into the mindset of others and what they are feeling, what they want, and how they are behaving during an interaction.  Things I really enjoy doing include:+Research in the field; observing, interviewing, and listening to users +Collaborating with other researchers, designers, and stakeholders to create designs that are considered from a variety of perspectives so that they are as inclusive and as diverse as possible +Working closely with product managers and engineers to make fast iterations and to test prototypes that are as close to the end product as possible with users. My skills: wireframing, storyboarding, sketching, creating mockups and prototypes, user research, ethnographic research, user testing, illustration, branding, content strategy.
